Who We Are
A native to Albemarle County, Tom got his start at a young age helping his dad work on projects big and small around their home and farm. He got his first formal start in construction in 2006 rebuilding homes in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. He returned to the Gulf Coast in 2007 and worked under a local contractor in Pass Christian, Mississippi to rebuild homes in a community that had been devastated by Hurricane Katrina. While attending college at UVA Tom learned to run heavy equipment at several farms around Albemarle County. Tom, and his wife Sarah, live in Albemarle County with their two sons and two Labrador Retrievers. The dogs frequently make appearances at job sites to keep everyone on track.
After graduating from UVA in 2010, Tom began working as a career Fire Fighter Medic in Central Virginia. He continued working in construction for different contractors in the area on his days off until finally starting his own company in 2019.
While still a young company we have built a solid foundation, and have become respected and known in the community. Our focus is on seeing your project through from dream to reality. We place an emphasis on making sure that we understand the specific desires of each client, and creating a collaborative work environment where the homeowner feels respected throughout the project. We only work with a small group of trusted subcontractors who are craftsmen in their respective fields. We will not leave a project until the client is satisfied, and we are proud to put our name behind the work.
